We loved the white towels and bed sheets.

The bed /pillows are a bit hard.

They didn¿t clean the room when we requested and parking for car was so bad

Gorgeous view and interesting place. Mostly focused on Russian clients, nice big rooms.

Breakfast was sub par and rather bland honestly for my taste, but the hall was full and people were eating. The beach closes so early and the beds/pillows are too firm for my taste but overall it’s been a good stay.

Children always prefer the swimming pool, but unfortunately the water was cold and there was no heater. In addition, the place needs renovation of all facilities. As for the air conditioners, there is no fan-speed control — they are either completely on or off.

Best value for money, Service was excellent. Staff behavior were excellent, High Hospitality and very welcoming.

parking were limited but staff provided valet parking on request.

Swimming pool - Feel not maintained the standard temperature...its bit irritating.

Beach front, beautiful area

Ants in the room, the windows are not sealed and dirty, although the view was amazing. We had a suite, and the sink was leaking.

The staff was amazing and helpful, the hotel facilities are so poor. The swimming pool is not clean and the surrounded area of the swimming pool is full with insects and mosquitoes so children cannot enjoy swimming and the playing room as well is full with mosquitoes. The sand area of the shore is not safe at all as the area has sea sharp sea rocks. The Hoyle facilities are closed at 7-8 pm so after 7 you can only stay at your room even the small cafeteria in the reception is closed.

Don't book Half board or full board. The food choice is very limited and not up to the mark. 2 or 3 dishes which we don't think as value for money and taste is also not good.

The swimming pool not having a warming system This is our second visit, and we were not able to use the swimming pool because of too much cold water.

This was our 3rd stay and we loved it. Staff esp Lady receptionist was really helpful and arranged extra bed in our room. Only issue is limited beach beds and parking. Overall satisfactory stay.

Clean, nice beach, good swimming pool

-After 8 o'clock the beach area is closed and the pool area is closed so you don't have any where to go-they were very strict for small things like for example i took one towel in the pool when i swam in the morning and when i came back to swim again in the afternoon he refused to give it to me because he said it one towel for person per day

The receptionist “ Indian Girl” were great , she was very welcoming and polite , additionally she upgraded for us the reservation and gave us all the required information without asking , she were very helpful and the water were great , the swimming pool water were so fun cold but nice and clean

Use little bit more warm water for swimming pool and car parking

The room was clean and big, aircon is not loud, working wifi and nice buffet on breakfast. I was able to sleep well. Bathroom was equipped with shower gels for body and head. Also there's a nice clean private beach in the front of the hotel

There were many brochures about spa and massage services in the room, however it wasn't mentioned that these services should be scheduled via a call or visit a reception, which is a bit frustrating. Also there was a slight tobacco smell in the room like someone was smoking here before. The buffet had nice hot fresh pancakes, however there was only one type of syrup. Guys, it won't cost much if you add another type of syrup, chocolate for example, it will make people much happier. And overall, the stuff doesn't smile at all, everyone is so serious.

I am writing to share our experience during our recent stay at Sharjah Beach Resort on 1st February 2025, where we opted for the half-board package. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to bring the following issues to your attention:1. *Unwelcoming Reception Team:* Upon our arrival, we were disappointed by the lack of warmth and hospitality from the reception team. This set a negative tone for our stay.2. *No Assistance to the Room:* We had to find our way to our room on our own as there was no bellboy available to assist us. This was unexpected and inconvenient.3. *Poor Half-Board Food Quality:* The food provided under the half-board package was extremely disappointing. For a 5-star hotel, the spread consisted of just five items, which is far below expectations. The quality and variety were not up to the mark.4. *Breakfast Experience:* While breakfast was relatively better, it was just "okay" and nothing exceptional. We were grateful that it was at least manageable.On a positive note, I must mention that the room itself was decent and met our expectations in terms of space and comfort. However, the overall experience, particularly in terms of food and hospitality, was far from what one would expect from a 5-star establishment.Based on our experience, I would not recommend staying at Sharjah Beach Resort for those seeking good food and a welcoming atmosphere. While the rooms are decent, the lack of hospitality and poor food quality overshadowed our stay.I hope this feedback helps in improving the services for future guests.Sincerely, Manu Mohan

The front desk staff especially mamum was absolutely amazing and looked after me the minute. They have a prayer room, coffee and food available on the beach. I got the sunset suite which was amazing I really enjoyed my stay. I wish I could stay longer
